WEEKEND IN EDINBURGH

My first "long" car ride up to Edinburgh was great and I was very well behaved and slept most of the way. We stopped for a walk and a drink and got to Edinburgh early Saturday afternoon. It was great to see Martin and Mikey (and Uncle Simon and Auntie Karen) again. Haven't seen them all since Easter. The boys were quick to take me out for a walk and play with me. I had lots and lots of walks and went into the park on Sunday to play ball but I nearly got attacked by another dog who didn't seem to like me. I tried sleeping in various places during Saturday night and ended up next to Grandad. Strange house I suppose. The boys have a new tent in the garden and have a trampoline. They would have liked me to go on the trampoline but its not for dogs. We came back late on Sunday evening when the roads were very quiet and it was quite cool - just right for me. Once again I slept most of the way apart from a quick stop just after Newcastle for a walk (and a wee). We arrived back home just before midnight. Another big long sleep and now its horribly wet this Monday morning. I'll be waiting for my walk until it improves a bit.
