Unfortunately I had a bad night on Monday / Tuesday. Won't go into too much detail but the picture may give you a clue as to the major part of the problem. Putting it down to a variety of things but a re-frozen choc ice, cold BBQ sausage, yorkshire pudding may well have been contributory factors. I am now on dried food only while I settle down. It has also been very warm and I don't like that so much. Think i'm ok now but i'll let you know.

A BAD NIGHT
Unfortunately I had a bad night on Monday / Tuesday. Won't go into too much detail but the picture may give you a clue as to the major part of the problem.
