WINTER GOES ON

This is the view from our bedroom window at 10am this morning. So far we have had nearly three inches of snow and it is still coming down heavily. "Winter" has so far lasted over two months and wont let go. Just when you think the weather is getting better it comes back again. Grandad's sciatica is still causing him severe pain and problems with walking more than 20/30 yards. He has good days and bad !!

VALENTINES DAY

Despite Grandad's continued Sciatic problem both he and Nanna enjoyed a Valentine curry at the local Indian on Saturday evening followed by a nice "Xmas" breakfast on Sunday morning and steak for dinner. Unfortunately the steak was not tasting very good but apart from that they had a good weekend. Tigger card, flowers and a CD made up for the steak.
