Well the big day finally arrived - May 28th 2011 - Andrew and Laura Wedding Day. Most guests in evening dress as requested and a great occasion it was. The wedding took place in the centre of Bristol at Bakers and Cutlers Halls owned by Raymond Blanc in Cabot Circus. The two halls are medieval and made a fascinating location for a wedding and subsequent reception. The festivities went on until midnight having started officially at 4pm.On the following day Andrew and Laura held an "open house" and the two families got together for a few hours before departing for home in the afternoon. We were treated to a mammoth wedding present opening session.
Andrew and Laura left for a two week honeymoon in Italy in the early hours of last Wednesday morning.
P.S. Dougal wasn't invited so he spent four days in kennels but seems to have survived ok.
